Size guide 
Our coats come slightly loose to allow room for layering clothes under, so if you are unsure on sizing you may refer to our size chart or contact support@furri.com for the best fit. To view our size chart click here. 

 

Coronavirus (COVID-19) 
Yes business is still running as normal. If there are any changes, we will notify you.  

 

Are all your garments cruelty free? 
We work extremely hard to make sure all our products are cruelty free to the utmost best of our abilities and knowledge. We operate with no harm to any animals in the process of making our garments, this is one of the foundations of Furri.  

 

Where's my order? 
It takes 7-10 business working days to manufacture and deliver your item/items however this may overrun during busy periods and are subject to delivery location. You may track your delivery with the relevant courier provided or track the parcel via their online service for the most up to date information using the tracking number given. If you need further assistance, please email us at support@furri.com.  

 

I have received a faulty item? 
In the unlikely event of a faulty item as every coat is checked thoroughly before dispatch, please contact us immediately with; your order number, a description and photographic evidence.  

  • Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time. 
  • Proof of damage has to be first been verified by us before moving forward. 
  • Once we've received the above information, we will work quickly and efficiently to ensure the problem is rectified.

I want to make changes to my order? 
Unfortunately we will not be able to make changes to the order or the delivery address once this has been placed.  

 

Where do you ship to? 
Furri ships worldwide however this may be restricted to certain countries, shipping costs borne by the customer will differ by each place.   

 

Do you offer returns? 
We kindly accept returns and exchanges for our customers. For exchanges we change for size on the same item only, if returned back to us within 14 days from the delivery date; The return address will be on the original packaging sent to you. Please email us before sending the item back to confirm all details. Returns are paid by the customer, so customers will be responsible for sending items back to us provided by a service that is tracked and signed for. All items sent back should be in a saleable condition with the original tags attached. For further assistance please contact us at support@furri.co.uk.
